Ned Lamont Won! Reward Him.

Against the odds, Lamont came from near obscurity to defeat Lieberman, a three term senate Democrat.  Lamont ran his first statewide campaign with little support from the Democratic establishment, little positive coverage in the press, and one major press endorsement (NYT editorial board.)  And he still won.  

Reward him for running a fantastic race.
